Uncle D’s is located in Warren, Manitoba, Canada and is celebrating nearly 10 years in business; we are the only full time airbrush shop in the province. It is owned and operated by my self (Dale Lawrence) and my lovely wife Laura who’s support and guidance has been vital to the success of this operation. We specialize in original artwork for any and all applications whether it be vehicle, mural, helmet or commercial illustration. We also do freehand pin stripping, graphics, flame jobs and fancy paint applications like marbleizing. I use a variety of paints including HOC and Auto Air Createx applied with Iwata airbrushes (with all the brushes they have to offer). All artwork is then cleared for maximum protection.. The procedure involved in creating illustrations (layout, Composition, Rendering & color) has contributed to enhancing my skill as an automotive airbrush artist. I love illustrating and vehicle murals so I do a variety of shows both fantasy and vehicle oriented. |

I always do Gen Con in Indianapolis and have had the great honor of meeting people whose work I have admired including Keith Parkinson, Clyde Caldwell, Brom, Rowena, and Larry Elmore. I also frequent the San Diego Comic Con and have meet Donato Ginacola, Rich Larson, Kevin Eastman and Julie Strain (Heavy Metal my favorite mag.) and even Gene Simmons! This year we are off to bike shows in Las Vegas, San Diego, Calgary and B.C. We have won several awards across North America in car, truck and bike shows including best paint for 4 Years running at World of Wheels in Winnipeg, Mb and best mural 2 Years running at the Louieville truck show. We also paint for Lonestar Harley Davidson in Winnipeg and CBF trucking in Niverville, clients also include Kenny Lange Racing and Auto body, Dart Racing, Derricks Sandblasting, Landau Ford, Winnipeg Motor Express, and various gaming companies in the USA such as Living Imagination. We have painted Dragon Boats, Helicopters, Big Riggs, Trailers, Motor homes, and bikes, Helmets, Hot Rods and Tundra Buggies from B.C. to San Diego. My Bikes and vehicles have been displayed in publications both local and internationally, but the main focus has always been making my customers happy with quality and affordability.
